June is men's mental health month. Throughout my stay in Central Asia, I have met many extraordinary men who have helped me selflessly without every asking for anything in return. Yet, this has rarely been the case for me in Europe or Canada. So, today, I want to highlight the contributions of these men to building healthy and sustainable societies.
